Text message terms
Plain terms for the text messages this practice sends, what they cost, and how to stop them at any time.
The basics
- Program name
- Adapt Life Chiropractic Messaging
- What we send
- Replies to enquiries, appointment-related messages, and answers to questions you send us.
- How often
- Message frequency varies. Most people get a handful of messages around booking a first visit, and nothing after that unless they write in.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the consent box on a form on this website and giving us your mobile number. The box is never ticked for you, and you can submit the form without ticking it: if you leave it unticked we will call or email you instead.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of becoming a patient or of receiving care.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You can also just tell us, by phone or in the office, and we will do it for you.
Reply HELP for help, or reach the office on (561) 203-9650.
How we handle the information you give us is covered in the privacy policy.
