What this website collects, why it collects it, and what never happens to it.
What this page covers
This covers this website only. Your patient records, appointment history and anything clinical live in the practice management system the office uses, not here, and they are handled under the practice’s own patient privacy obligations.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus ordinary website analytics.
- From the callback form. Your name and phone number, which are required, plus your email address, how you found us, and whatever you write in the message box, all of which are optional.
- Analytics. Plausible, which does not use cookies and does not identify you, and Google Analytics, which does use cookies to measure how people move through the site.
- Nothing else. There is no account to create, no login, and no payment taken on this website.
What we do with it
A form submission goes to the practice’s customer relationship system so Dr. Chris is alerted and can get back to you, and it may also trigger an email to the office. That is the whole purpose: to answer you.
If you tick the box consenting to text messages, we use your number to text you about getting booked in. The terms of that are on the SMS terms page, and you can stop it at any time by replying STOP.
What we never do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your phone number or your SMS consent with anyone else for their marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not text you unless you asked us to.
- We do not require you to accept text messages in order to become a patient.
Your choices
Ask us to delete what you sent and we will. Ask us what we hold and we will tell you. Reply STOP to any text and the texting stops. Block analytics cookies in your browser and the site still works normally.
